To ensure the confidentiality of the Re-Boost application and our services we do not transfer identifiable information to your employer or other parties

With the Re-Boost application, your employer receives anonymous statistics from Pulso about the users of your organisation, such as the number of users over a certain period and the average scores on all used modules of the app.

Your employer may order anonymized and aggregated reports based on certain socio-demographic parameters. To guarantee the confidentiality and your privacy towards your employer only information of groups with a minimum 7 individuals is included in these reports. Information about groups regarding less than 7 individuals is not included in these aggregated reports.

5. How long is your information stored?

Your personal information is stored for up to 1 year after the contract with your employer has terminated. After this period, personal identifiable information is irreversibly erased and only anonymized information relevant to the provision of our services is retained.

Should you believe that any personal data we hold on you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the ability to request to see this information, rectify it or have it deleted. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You have the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing of your personal data and automated individual decision-making and profiling.
